無菌灌封機轉向閥組（AP閥）

a.腔承受的工作壓力(CIP壓力）0.4MPa.

b.閥腔通徑流量大于1500L/Hr.

c.所有與產品接觸的零部件材料采用食品級材料，耐溫150℃以上，耐酸堿，不分解，整個閥組金屬材料采用食品級不銹鋼材料。

d.各閥在工作時要要求無泄漏，活動自如，各閥在關閉工作位時，各閥所控制的工作介質不能夠相互滲漏，并保證閥腔以及整個產品通道與外界完全隔離無滲漏，確保閥腔及產品通道能夠達到無菌狀態(tài)。

e.閥腔和整個產品通道表面光滑（表面光潔度達到0.8um）接口平滑過渡，無死角，清洗后沒有產品、工作介質余垢。

The valve set requirde at work,no leaks,freedom of movement,the valve set in closed position,each valev can not leak from each other,and toensure that the product chamber is completely separate from outside environment.

No dead ends,to ensure no product remains after cleaning.
