TH-150E Laminating Machine

用途：

主要用于內(nèi)衣行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的貼合，如泡綿、布類、EVA、SPI、PVC的上膠貼合。

特性：

1.獨(dú)特的上膠方式及調(diào)節(jié)方式，使膠量更均勻，更節(jié)省用膠量。水性膠、油性膠均適用。

2.整捆或片狀材料皆可靠輸送帶送料上膠，并靠高強(qiáng)度網(wǎng)帶強(qiáng)制壓著，使貼合產(chǎn)品更加牢固。

3.采用二次烘干及風(fēng)冷,既節(jié)約工序成本,同時(shí)使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量更穩(wěn)定,手感更好。

4.比傳統(tǒng)貼合機(jī)更節(jié)省人工。

Function: It is mainly used to laminate foam, fabric, EVA, SPI, PVC and etc.

Features:

1.

Unique gluing and sizing way, making the materials glued and coated more evenly and saving glue consumption. Water-based glue as well as oil-based glue is available.

Whether the whole bundle or flaky materials can be carried by conveyor belt to be coated glue and sizing. The raw materials can be pressed strongly by high-strength net belt so as to be laminated firmly much more.

Adopting second drying and air-cooling, not only reducing the procedures and saving cost, also it make the products laminated out more breathable and comfortable with soft-hand feeling.

Saving much cost and labor than traditional laminating machines.
