傳統(tǒng)PCB連片在分板的過程中，均用人工手動折板，雖然時效性較快，但往往因人工手折的力道不均及折板角度位置的差異，造成PCB電氣回路及零件、錫道的破壞，有鑒于此，公司研發(fā)出V-CUT自動切割PCB機(jī)器，提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、效率。

工作方式：
1.以走刀式行進(jìn)分割，可徹底減少應(yīng)力，防止焊點龜裂及零件斷裂。
2.采用上圓刀下平刀方式，PCB板至于下平刀上，開關(guān)一踩，上圓刀直線橫移至所設(shè)定的定點，即將PCB板切斷分割，切斷不脫絲,切口平整。
3.切板速度可設(shè)定高低兩種。
