圓管拋光機的機組構成/The composition of the tube polishing machine：

拋光機組由上料架、拋光機、下料架等3部分組成。上料架負責將待拋光的管材放置好，然后向拋光機組送料。拋光機組主要是對管材進行外表面進行拋光，通過拋光輪和拋光蠟的結合，是管材表面達到鏡面效果。下料架就是負責將拋光后的管材進行集中收集，然后打包。

圓管拋光機工作原理/Working principle of tube polishing machine：

管材進入拋光機組后，下方由托板頂起，防止管材掉落，膠輪具有一定的斜角角度，同時由電機帶動轉(zhuǎn)動，方便管材在拋光過程中行進。拋光輪安裝在打磨筒的筒軸上，由電機驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)動，通過調(diào)節(jié)桿進行前后調(diào)節(jié)，對管材進行表面打磨。
