圓管拋光機(jī)的機(jī)組構(gòu)成/The composition of the tube polishing machine：

拋光機(jī)組由上料架、拋光機(jī)、下料架等3部分組成。上料架負(fù)責(zé)將待拋光的管材放置好，然后向拋光機(jī)組送料。拋光機(jī)組主要是對管材進(jìn)行外表面進(jìn)行拋光，通過拋光輪和拋光蠟的結(jié)合，是管材表面達(dá)到鏡面效果。下料架就是負(fù)責(zé)將拋光后的管材進(jìn)行集中收集，然后打包。Polishing unit consists of loading frame, polishing machine, unloading rack and other three parts. 圓管拋光機(jī)工作原理/Working principle of tube polishing machine：

管材進(jìn)入拋光機(jī)組后，下方由托板頂起，防止管材掉落，膠輪具有一定的斜角角度，同時由電機(jī)帶動轉(zhuǎn)動，方便管材在拋光過程中行進(jìn)。拋光輪安裝在打磨筒的筒軸上，由電機(jī)驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)動，通過調(diào)節(jié)桿進(jìn)行前后調(diào)節(jié)，對管材進(jìn)行表面打磨。After the pipe enters the polishing unit, the bottom is raised from the pallet to prevent the pipe from falling, the rubber wheel has a certain angle of inclination, and is driven by the motor to facilitate the pipe to travel in the polishing process.
