本機(jī)機(jī)座、橫梁均采用框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，整體剛性好、變形小。
●本機(jī)機(jī)座固定不動(dòng)，斜齒輪、齒條傳動(dòng)橫梁移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)速度可變頻調(diào)整；切削過程平穩(wěn)，切削表面平整光滑。
●本機(jī)為X軸數(shù)顯，Y1軸、Y2軸、Z軸三軸數(shù)控，定位精度高、加工范圍大。
●本機(jī)分別設(shè)有邊壓料和端壓料裝置，且均采用液壓壓緊，壓料力可調(diào)，壓緊可靠。
●液壓系統(tǒng)增設(shè)蓄能器補(bǔ)償，電機(jī)間隙工作，可節(jié)約能源、控制油溫。
●本機(jī)具有自刨功能，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后如臺(tái)面不平整或有瑕疵，可使用自刨功能，使機(jī)器煥然一新。

●The base and the beam of the machine are frame structure. The entire rigidity is quite good and there is small degree of deformation.
●The base is fixed. The bevel wheel and the spline drive for the beam to move. The speed of moving can be adjusted with altering frequency. The process of cutting is stable and efficient and the surface cut is even and smooth.
●The X axis is for digital display. The Y1, Y2 and Z axes are for digital control with high accuracy of location and large range of processing.
●There are side pressing and end pressing devices on the machine, both of which use hydraulic pressure to tighten. The force of tightening is adjustable and reliable.
●The hydraulic system has one more energy storage compensation function. The dynamo works at interval so the energy is saved and the oil temperature is controlled.
●The machine can self-dig. After long time of operation, if the surface of the machine is uneven or has flaws, the self-digging function can be utilized and the machine will start as a new one.
