1.2構(gòu)造Structure
1.2.1. 分類(lèi) Classification
屬于溫度固定的雙金屬碟片瞬動(dòng)式溫度控制器。

通過(guò)溫控器金屬外蓋與設(shè)備接地金屬部件相連。

外觀應(yīng)加工良好，無(wú)有損于性能及商品價(jià)值的傷、裂、變形、毛刺、污漬等缺陷。

1.3動(dòng)作方式Action Forms
■ 室溫下觸點(diǎn)接通（nc），溫度上升觸點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)，溫度降低觸點(diǎn)恢復(fù)接通。

2.1.動(dòng)作溫度Operating Temperature
2.1.1.溫度特性Characteristic
斷電溫度： 130±5℃
接通溫度： 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)復(fù)位
2.1.2. 測(cè)試方法Test method
把溫控器夾在測(cè)試區(qū)內(nèi)，等待測(cè)溫區(qū)的溫度平衡后，開(kāi)始測(cè)試。測(cè)試爐內(nèi)以空氣作為加熱
介質(zhì)，在測(cè)溫區(qū)放置溫度計(jì)或溫度傳感器。在溫度進(jìn)入動(dòng)作溫度公差范圍前2K開(kāi)始，以小于1K/min的溫度變化速率進(jìn)行加溫或降溫，其間必須進(jìn)行攪拌，使溫度分布充分均勻；測(cè)溫區(qū)溫
度分布均勻性在±0.4K以?xún)?nèi)。
測(cè)試裝置可設(shè)置通斷顯示裝置。溫控器兩接線(xiàn)端子間電壓大于5V，通過(guò)試樣電流大于10mA。
