The TE94 consists of 9 sector stars of 90 (black and white) sectors each. The diameter of the unresolved middle and the outer diameter are marked by circles. A further marking circle is positioned within each sector star.

The circles are marking the following resolutions:

outer circle : 200 TV lines

middle circle: 400 TV lines

inner circle: 800 TV lines

The chart serves for checking resolution over the whole picture area.
