清河軌道轉移式噴灌機自動變軌運行

噴灌機軌道部分的主要功能是實現(xiàn)機器在溫室格構架上的吊掛。從使用上分成工作軌道和轉移軌道。機器運行在其上，執(zhí)行噴灌作業(yè)的就是工作軌道，其中心寬度為830mm；把機器從一棟溫室轉移到另一棟溫室工作軌道機構就稱為轉移軌道，其中心寬度一般為1500mm左右。軌道主要由：吊桿、吊桿連接件、吊鉤和園管等組成。

主機長0.9m，寬1.2m，重量約60Kg。主機結構上主要包括減速電機，機架，噴桿及進水附件，控制系統(tǒng)，膠管、電線和膠管滑車。具有一定壓力的水通過吊掛在滑車上的膠管接到主機，經過過濾器和壓力開關以及電磁閥等進入噴桿，后經過三位快換噴頭進行灌溉。電源線是沿著進水膠管接到主機上的。

The main function of the track part of the sprinkler irrigation machine is to realize the hanging of the machine on the greenhouse lattice frame. It can be divided into work track and transfer track. When the machine runs on it, it is the working track that carries out the sprinkler irrigation operation, with the center width of 830 mm; the mechanism for transferring the machine from one greenhouse to another is called the transfer track, and its center width is generally about 1500 mm. The host is 0.9m long, 1.2m wide and weighs about 60kg. The main structure of the main engine includes reducer motor, frame, spray bar and water inlet accessories, control system, hose, wire and hose pulley. The water with a certain pressure is connected to the main engine through the rubber hose hanging on the pulley, enters the spray bar through the filter, pressure switch and solenoid valve, and finally irrigates through the three position quick change nozzle. The power line is connected to the host along the water inlet hose.

四、噴灌機的功能特點

3、分塊施水：選擇性設置左右噴水開關功能。實現(xiàn)道路或閑置區(qū)域關閉噴水之功能。

4、行程設置：只要移動起點、終點開關擋板，就可以改變機器噴灌面積。

5、自動運行：設置開停機時間，機器完全可以在您的設定時間段自動執(zhí)行灌溉作業(yè)。

6、手動操作或遙控操作。全自動往復運行。

7、噴桿高度：可以方便地調整，調整范圍約500mm。保證作物長高仍能得到均勻灌溉。

8、節(jié)約土地：吊掛式安裝zui大限度地節(jié)約了寶貴的種植面積。同時雙軌使機器運行平穩(wěn)。

9、可以接受計算機控制系統(tǒng)信號指令，實現(xiàn)遠程控制。

10、可以輸出對于供水泵的開關控制信號，實現(xiàn)停止噴水的同時停止水泵供水，節(jié)省水源。
