SX780CF牌號講解：高強鋼SX780CF牌號表示：”SX“代表三峽的意思。這是舞陽鋼鐵公司為三峽集團烏東德水電站建設使用780MPa級高強鋼SX780CF。這是當前國際上批量應用的水電鋼，只有國外少數幾家鋼企具有批量供貨的業(yè)績。
SX780CF鋼板可附探傷：也被稱為超聲波檢驗，是針對鋼板內部質量的一種檢驗方法手段，同時也可以檢驗出金屬內部的缺陷如隱蔽裂紋、氣孔、沙眼和雜質等。

SX780CF鋼板需具備高強韌性、良好冷變形性及焊接性。設備制造要求強度等級高，可焊性能強。由于水電用鋼使用環(huán)境特殊，對鋼板的強度、焊接性能、耐腐蝕性能等要求非常嚴格。上述鋼板力學性能要求在較高的強度下，具備良好的低溫沖擊韌性、斷裂韌性和良好的焊接性能，研發(fā)難度極大。
