崗位職責(zé)：

Responsibilities:

1、制定項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃與方案。

Make projectimplementation plans and schemes.

2、關(guān)注、收集與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的技術(shù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)。

Search and collect thetechnical development trends related to the project.

3、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目樣品、目標(biāo)樣及實(shí)驗(yàn)所得的樣品分析鑒定。

Responsible for the analysis andidentification of project samples, target samples and samples from experiments.

4、及時(shí)提交需要形成知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的文件資料。

Submit documents related to theinformation that should be under the intellectual property protection.

任職要求：

Jobrequirements:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)工程、有機(jī)合成或相關(guān)專業(yè)（如合成制藥專業(yè)等）；對(duì)合成反應(yīng)機(jī)理有深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。

Bachelor degree or above, chemicalengineering, organic synthesis or related majors (such as synthetic pharmacy,etc.); deep understanding on synthetic reaction mechanism.

2、有結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，對(duì)晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、晶格等及對(duì)晶體形成影響因素有所認(rèn)識(shí)。

Have basic knowledge of chemistrystructure, be familiar with crystal structure, lattice and the influence factorsof crystal formation.

3、對(duì)化學(xué)分析方法、儀器有較深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。

Deep understanding on chemicalanalysis methods and instruments.

4、有顏料相關(guān)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。

Working experience in pigmentapplication field is preferred.
